How do I become a member?
You must live within 20171 or the Courts of Fox Mill. The club maintains a waitlist of qualified candidates. When memberships are sold back to the club, the membership director offers the membership to a family on the waitlist. You also can attempt to buy a membership on the open market.
How do I get on the wait list?

How long is the waitlist?
As of August 1, 2023, there are 93 families on the waitlist. With approximately 25 – 30 membership sales back to the club each year, the wait for a membership could be 3 – 4 years. You may also consider a private membership purchase by watching social media or neighborhood bulletin boards. Be sure to contact membership@pinecrest20171.com before committing to the sale to validate the status of the membership.
What does it cost to be a member?
The Board of Directors sets prices according to market conditions. As of January 2024, the club buys back memberships for $1800 and sells them for $2000. In addition, annual dues are for the current season is set at $500/year. (2023)
Does membership include tennis?
Yes.
Can I get a tennis-only membership?
Currently tennis-only memberships are not an option.
I am planning to buy a membership from an existing member. What should I do?
Send an email to membership@pinecrest20171.com, and the Membership Director will verify that the seller is a member in good standing.
